  3. Comcast is trying to work things out. We all have problems. I'm Rah, as a employee for DISH I can completely understand your frustration and I know we do our best for all our customers. We also have great promotions and deals for all our customer. Being a consumer for DISH I have TV everywhere and I never miss any of my favorite shows. I hope everything works out!

  4. Ya if you hate comcase your going to love dish and the bird bath that goes on your roof, and the fact that it goes out every time it rains. I have worked for three major cable companys, and I work for comcast now and let me tell you that your not going to make everyone happy 100% of the time. You talk about cost that is controled by the network not us. You talk about the equipment going bad, would love for you to show me how to get equipment not to. Technology is an ever growing feild, and comcast is working to stay on top of the game. That takes money and time. What would you say if we stopped coming out with new services? Bottom line comcast is in a business to make money and provide a service. If you don't feel like your getting the service you're paying for, then by all means go somewhere else for your service, don't whine and cry like a two year old.

    1. How in the freaking world are you going to go somewhere else when their are no other providers in your area because of the freaking monopoly comcast has?! No wonder comcast sucks, their employees don't even know about the company THEY WORK FOR.

  5. That is a retarded statement? customers wining and complaining is how companies know to nake their services better. So if you are disatisfied with your services then what? You should just bend over grab your ankles say a few hail marys. And thank comcast for allowing you to pay to be fucked in the ass? These people obviously are ranting here because they tried to resolve their problems over the phone or at a customer services. That didn't work to well. Don't fucking patronize people who have every reason to be upset. Shelling out hard earned money for services that they were promised and never received. So you say technology goes bad, well if I'm paying for it, then I expect fucking maintenance. Its like renting a car with a fucked up radiator and instead of getting repairs done in a timely manner they pass you around from facility to facility and you have to pay even though you can't even use the damn thing
